Tender & Project Manager – Offshore Wind

As Tender & Project Manager, you'll lead the preparation of competitive offshore wind bids and manage projects through development to commercial operation. Role purpose

  • The Tender & Project Manager is responsible for leading the preparation of competitive bids and tenders for prospective projects and, upon award, taking full responsibility for the successful development and execution of the project.
  • This role ensures technical, commercial, and contractual coherence throughout the project lifecycle, from tender submission to project handover.
  • Assume a key role in GreenBreeze’s further growth.

Key responsibilities

Tender phase:

  • Analyse tender requirements and develop price, risk and bid strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including engineering, legal, finance, HSSE and risk).
  • Prepare and manage detailed bid schedules, responsibilities matrices, and submission checklists.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tender submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, regulatory bodies and contractors to clarify scope, align expectations, and ensure strong commercial positioning.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support commercial and legal reviews of contract terms and conditions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes, tools, and documentation templates.

Project phase:

  • Develop the project and bring it to Final Investment Decision.
  • Prepare and manage the budget and planning of the project in line with clients expectations.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with high standards in QHSSE.
  • Analyse and manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ascertain that construction standards are of high quality.
  • Oversee and handle the negotiation and management of the different project contracts.
  • Lead project meetings and manage cross-functional teams (including engineering, legal, finance, HSSE and risk).
  • Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Close out the project (by reaching Commercial Operations Date) including documentation, handover and lessons learned reviews.

What you bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in management of tenders and projects in renewable energy, with at least 3 years focused on offshore wind.
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English / additional languages considered a plus.
  • Comfort in a startup environment: ability to self-start, prioritize and “get hands dirty” without extensive corporate infrastructure.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Law.
  • Willingness to travel.
